How do I get parking?
For Wells Fargo controlled spaces, select your city from the drop-down box on the home page. Then select your desired parking location from the second drop-down box. Click on the appropriate “Reserve Now” button to place the order. For non-Wells Fargo controlled parking, you will need to go to your local market for options.
How much is parking?
Pricing varies by city, building and location, based on local market rates. Parking rates are displayed on the website for each location.
Do I have to use the Parking Administration Program website to find parking?
Yes, if you want to use Wells Fargo PAP controlled space. You can choose to park in a non-managed site; in which case you are responsible for all aspects of the process.
Who administers the parking cards?
Varies by location. When you enroll you will receive instructions on how to obtain your card.
Who pays the deposit for my card?
If there is a deposit required, the employee is responsible. This varies by lot and location.
How do I cancel my parking arrangements?
- Please contact the PAP Administrators via the Contact Us form below.
- Cancel your current Commuter Benefit election, on the HealthEquity website, by the 10th of the month before the month in which the change is effective. (For example, changes effective February 1 must be entered by January 10.)
- Return your access card to the provider, if instructed by the Parking Administrators.
Can I get pro-rated parking for a partial month?
This varies by lot and location; it is not available at all locations and is only available for the first month, not the final month. Lots that allow proration will have a selection choice available prior to check-out.
What happens if I enroll on the HealthEquity website past the Wells Fargo Commuter Benefit 10th of the month deadline?
Your Commuter Benefit election will not be effective until the month after next. For example, if you enroll on March 11, your benefit will be effective for the month of May. However, payments can be made by credit card, using the Parking Administration Program website, until your Commuter Benefit election is effective.
What if the 10th of the month falls on a Saturday or Sunday?
The day of week will not impact Commuter Benefit elections/changes made on HealthEquity website. Changes must be made prior to the 10th day of the month, even if the 10th falls on Weekends and Holidays.
Do I have to make a Commuter Benefit election on the HealthEquity website?
To receive a before-tax benefit, you must make a Commuter Benefit election on the HealthEquity website. In certain cities/locations the employee is required to make a Commuter Benefit election on the HealthEquity website for their parking payments.
When is the deduction going to come out of my check? And for which month?
The Wells Fargo Commuter Benefit election, administered by HealthEquity, deduction comes out of the 1st paycheck of the month and covers parking for the current parking benefit month. (July 9th paycheck pays for July’s parking benefit month)

At home, visit https://participant.wageworks.com. On your first visit, you’ll “LOG IN/REGISTER” and select “Employee Registration.
What if I cannot locate the lot on the HealthEquity website that I found on the Parking Administration Program website?
All lots identified in the PAP website are loaded on the HealthEquity web site. If you are having difficulty locating your lot, try refining your search by zip code. If you are still having difficulty, please contact the PAP Administrators directly for assistance.
Do I have to have a credit card to sign up?
Yes, credit/debit cards are required for the initial month’s purchase and then alternative payments such as the Wells Fargo Commuter Benefit election, administered by HealthEquity, can be established.
Who sets the parking rate?
The parking rate is established by local market pricing.
Do I have to pay for days I am not using the parking spot?
Proration varies by lot and location; it is not available at all locations and is only available for the first month. Credit is not given for unused portions of a month.
Do I have to cancel my parking if I go out on disability / maternity leave?
No, you can continue to pay for your parking space if you choose or you can elect to cancel your parking until you return, but you will not be guaranteed a parking space. No credit or proration will be provided. If you are enrolled in the Wells Fargo Commuter Benefit Program, administered by HealthEquity, and you go out on leave, you will need to make alternate payment arrangements as this program only covers expenses incurred to get to or from work.
What is the process in place for assigning handicapped spaces?
Accessible parking is regulated by statute. No accessible space may be “assigned” or “reserved” for any one person’s use. Spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Who makes the decision about adding handicapped spaces?
Accessible parking spaces are statutory; meaning state and local law dictate how many spaces shall exist. PAP Administrators and the Property Management team will review the need for any additional spaces above the statutory requirements.
Does seniority or tenure matter for parking priority?
Waitlists and parking spaces are managed on a first come, first serve basis.
How do I update or make changes to my payment method if I am not using Wells Fargo Commuter Benefit election, administered by HealthEquity?

If you are already enrolled in the Wells Fargo Commuter Benefit election, administered by HealthEquity for parking, does anything else need to be done?
No other action is necessary, unless you need to make a change.
How do contractors obtain parking, and will contractors have Pre-Tax parking benefits?
Contractors will use the same process to locate and pay for parking via the website. Pre-tax parking benefits through the Wells Fargo Commuter Benefit election, administered by HealthEquity are a benefit available only to Wells Fargo team members.
Why do I have to pay for parking at my location and other locations don't charge?
Wells Fargo parking policy requires employees to pay for parking where market conditions dictate individual payment for hourly or monthly parking. This condition is more prevalent in central business districts than suburban campuses. It is important to note that this decision is not impacted by bank ownership or lease position, but rather the prevailing market conditions.
What are the rules to be added to the waiting list?
Waitlists are managed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested in being placed on the waitlist for a specific lot, you must select that lot as your preferred location during the sign-up process. Please note that selecting a location does not guarantee immediate availability, but it ensures your name is added to the waitlist in the order your request is received.
Will waiting lists be available online so employees can see where they stand?
Employees may check their current position on a waitlist by contacting the PAP Administrators via the Contact Us form.
What is the notification process to let a person on the waitlist know a space is available? (Email, phone call, etc.)
The PAP Administrators will contact the waitlist team member via email and telephone to confirm that the team member still desires the space once a space becomes available.
If the person is on vacation and is notified of availability; what is the period of time in which they must respond back?
The PAP Administrators will notify the team member of the space availability via email and telephone. The team member should confirm their intent to take the space within the shortest time possible to maximize parking opportunities for all employees. Consideration will be given for those employees known to be on vacation or otherwise unavailable for a short period of time. The space cannot be held indefinitely, so a prompt reply is needed. If a response is not received within 5 business days, the space will be offered to the next individual on the waiting list.
If there is an issue at any lot, (i.e. slip, fall, maintenance, etc.), who should be contacted?
If you need to report a medical or security emergency, please contact “911” first. For routine reports, please continue to contact the Help Desk Support number as usual (see tenant manual).
Do I have parking lot access 24/7 365 days?
Access varies by individual location. Most locations have access 24/7/365. Please contact the PAP Administrators via the website for location specific questions.
